That suggestion does not work. I have held the control key down and moved the mouse ball up for more that 300 tries. At the bottom of the screen on the right it shows that 331 files are in the database but they are not showing up on the screen. I mentioned before tech support is no help. I have been using intuit tax products since the first came out in the DOS days and this has NEVER happened. I need to fix this, and soon.
