Where do you enter 1099-G unemployment benefits repaid for a prior year with no current year benefits?

Open the "Other Income Statement" worksheet - line 23 Unemployment income and repayment
I think this a repaid and as a negative number should enter on that line. I am right?
COULD YOU PLESE IF YOU FIND THAT LINE FOR 2022, LET ME KNOW FOR 2022 WHAT LINE IT IS. I THINK FORM GOT CHANGED
