That means your server (where you keep all your client files to be shared by all workstations) is not visible to your workstations. Maybe the server has been turned off. Maybe certain folders on that server have been moved or renamed. If you can use Windows explorer, from a workstation, to navigate to the folder where you have your client files, then ProSeries should be able to find the "common" folder.
