Our office runs the network version of ProSeries Professional and a select number of our desktops are not able to use the Add/Edit Custom Views is grayed out. All the permissions are the same for users, and can't seem to figure out why it's grayed out or how to fix.

Is this ProSeries 2019 or 2020? The reason I'm asking because we have a new customer experience in 2020.
