i have not been able to access the fam win files for 18 months . I use th. e software for my church so i don't need it for taxes. I tried working with intuit but they don't have a solution. I can see the files but it look like the software is disconnected from the files. Can anyone help me i have done everthing that i know how to do. i ma at the end of my ropes. I don't know why intuit don't have solutions for these iseus
