The very abbreviated videos for ProSeries should give you a glimpse of how Intuit Link works: https://proconnect.intuit.com/link/training/

From Proseries: Open clients return. Go to Tools in top toolbar and click Client checklist, print the client checklist to pdf and save to your computer.

Open client in Link, click on Documents, and upload the client checklist.

Invites for prior year clients are sent with the option of a questionnaire that is based on their previous years tax return and you can personalize further by opening Link and adding specific requests or changing a request template

There is no option under tools with the PROSERIES BASIC software - any ideas how to create this?  The only time it appears is when you originally invite the client to LINK - and I have a client who changed his email address.... the checklist disappeared from link, and I can't find a way to re-create it...

Changing your client's email address in Link will cause your client to lose access to all historical data and documents although it wouldn't affect your access to what's already in Intuit Link.

If your client would like to change the email address, there's a complicated process you and your client will need to go through to preserve access to the data and documents that are already in Intuit Link.  See this discussion for the steps to follow:
