Hello, Anyone having problems get set up for bank products? I keep getting and error message on my enrollment. I have called in several times and re-submitting several times and still I am having the same problem. This is the message I am getting.
Thank you for applying to offer tax-related products through Tax Products Group (TPG).
Your enrollment through Tax Products Group (TPG) has not been received for the current filing season.
Additional details
- Invalid Office RT
- each time I call the bank (Santa Barbara TPG) they state that they do not have my account information. Can someone help me figure out what is going on here.
