At a minimum, you send it separately from when you send the file.  Either e-mail, text, or (gasp) a phone call.

I used to do that, but I got tired of cleaning up after them.🐦

Well, my husband insists on getting one (sometimes two, if Carlos is being nice...) papers each day.  Actual physical, get newsprint on your hands, newspapers. 

So I can have those to use for the P.P. issue (pigeon poop).

In olden times,  like 2 or 3 years ago, the program automatically assigned it. SSNcity5DIGITZIPCODE.

Just tell them. They should know these pieces of info.
