I am looking for instructions on installing my Proseries 2020 purchase to the cloud (Right Network). I cannot open because it keeps saying that that app is blocked by the system administrator. I am a sole preparer. There is no administrator

I might suggest you try right-clicking to open the installer and running as an administrator. Try that and see if it helps?
