CR EA, I'm sorry for the frustration. Can you forward the latest file found in C:\ProgramData\Intuit\ProSeries\Install\TY20\Logs to proseries_engineering@intuit.com?

I'll also get a care specialist  to follow up. Based on my cursory examination of the code, it looks like a firewall or router or something is blocking access to our download files.

Out of curiosity, what happens if you try to download the following from a browser:

https://ftpfp.proseries.com/pub/proseries/2020/LICENSE.HTM

Another user wasn't able to do that, which indicated some firewall/router type thing.
