When I called the help number for ProSeries on Friday 9/25 ... the tech told me to call the state ... I don't believe that is my avenue or responsibility ... especially since I pay Intuit to maintain and run the interface ... I tried to call again today, but I was too late ... office closed. 


Intuit did what you paid them to do, they sent the return to the state of HI...they have no control over it once the state has it.  They cant contact HI on your clients behalf.

Since someone else has reported a similar issue with HI as well, it wouldn't hurt to give them a call...do they have a tax practitioner hotline of some kind?
