Has anyone had issues with using the "Buy More" link in the E-Signature Dashboard?  I tried to purchase 15 additional signatures and the "Total Signatures" does not reflect the additional signatures.  My credit card has been charged, but I never got the "Order Confirmation" email from Intuit.  I called Intuit customer support and the person keeps telling the charge on my CC will drop off.  He did not seem to understand that I don't want it to drop off, but instead for the transaction to happen and my "Total Signatures" to increase by 15.  Has anyone else had issues with purchasing signatures?
