Attach as a PDF. This is from instructions for form 8621:  "Shareholders filing a joint return may
file a single Form 8621 with respect to a single PFIC in which each joint filer owns an interest."

Thank you for your reply. I was hoping to file all the joint filing together without any attachments since Proseries provided the option for Form 8621 to be included with the tax return staring in 2019 software. I was trying to find that option but it looks like I need to go back to filing separate returns for spouse. Thank you again.
