I have client who filed MFJ last year and now they live apart separated since April of 2018. Husband moved out of state, wife stay in AZ with 3 kids, they did not file legal separate paper, can wife claim this year as H/H with her 3 kids. If she is, are there any form for her to sign or disclose.
