Distributions of $1000 to shareholder. AAA is 0 before distributions. How do I record K-1 actual distributions of $1000, and report $0 distributions on M-2 since AAA cannot be reduced below 0 for distributions. Is the only way to override the M-2 amount of distributions to 0? Shareholder had Additional paid in capital- Thus the cash avail for distributions.
