When can I expect the 2018 proseries in the mail. I always have problems downloading and prefer the hard disc installation

Yeah, evidently someone hijacked the DHL truck with all of the ProSeries CDs. At least that is probably the story Intuit will have for you rather than telling you that they have a warehouse full of CDs that never made it on the truck
