Client lives and works primarily in Key West FL.  He spent a month in St. Thomas and earned a few thousand dollars.  I can't e-file due to wages from the US Virgin Islands.  Suggestions on how to handle the Federal return.  Do I file the whole return with the IRS in St. Thomas?  Prefer not because he'll never get any refund.  TIA
