Towards the bottom of the federal information worksheet you need to allocate by state.

@TAXOHwhen someone is a non resident I do not use the information at the bottom of the Federal Information Worksheet.  I only use that when someone is a partial resident of a state.

I use the one for nonresident state allocation worksheet
