Cannot open client file:
Message displayed: This file is currently locked by another user.
I am the only user. Only on my computer only.
This happened after my computer locked up. Had to force computer to shut down.
When restarted this file was locke.
How to unlock or delete file.

Restart the computer again, see if you have better luck

With proseries closed try move the file out of 19Data file and changing the name then put the new file back in the 19Data directory. Open proseries then click HomeBase>>DataBase Maintanence to bring in the new file.

I actually created a new record for the client and did return. However, cannot efile due to duplicated ss
I deleted old file from 19 data but it still appears in home base and still cannot efile.

I got it to work.
Deleted in 19 data file. Then went to homebased and deleted old file.

I restart my computer too many time and doesn't work. Federal return already sent and state is not and I cannot restore or open. Only for two of my clients
