 Hello,

I am using Proseries Professional 1040.  While I am preparing taxes, the software suddenly asks me to sign in again.  Does there anybody know how to fix this problem. This happens a lot while I prepare the taxes.  In the words, I signed in then prepare the taxes for 15  or 20 minutes.  But it asks me to sign in again.  I did not leave my computer idle.  I don't know why the software kicks my out and asks to me sign back in to continue.

jason, is this an ongoing issue, for days at a time, or just started today?  have you restarted the computer since it began?

Yes, it is an on going issue.  Yes I did start the computer but it still signs me off

@jasontran we are only users here and since Austin is our only contact here with ProSeries and he did not respond to this problem your only options are to either live with it, go to a different software program or contact support.
