Level 1

After running updates on ProSeries, I am getting Error Building Cache 557; contact Technical Support.

This happened earlier this week too, spent 2 hours on the phone. Any one else having this issue. Or instruction on how to fix this or why happening.

Tech said it was due to virus protection, however we have not changed anything on our system and it is only happening on my machine.

From what I've gathered, doing a complete rename and reinstall of ProSeries should resolve the problem. Did support have you try that? Here's an article if not
