Rick, this is great! Thank you! I will print this out for my employees. I've done about 3 returns so far, with varying success. I'm frustrated, because I used to be able to do even a complicated return in about 20-30 minutes, with (name redacted to protect the guilty) software. But they discontinued.... Grrr. So far I think this one is as good or better than that one, but gosh, old dog new tricks, you know.
