Thanks qbteachmt, I'll look into this too. As you rightly point out, this is a very important thing, as, under the UK / EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we too are obliged to have clear retention and disposal policies in respect of Personal Data, driven by legal obligations to only collect data for the purposes for which it's intended and keep it only for so long as that purpose exists. I'm surprised that Intuit don't have this function (or at least it isn't front and centre as an option) as they are subscribers to the mutually agreed EU - US Privacy Sheild which is built upon GDPR compliance.
