I want the date and time printed on the paper returns.

Go to tools > options > firm/preparer information and check the little box to print the date.  I think you are out of luck with the time though.  I'm not sure why you would need that other than to show the client that you were up until 3:00 am working on their return 🙂

Im rather peeved that the 1040 doesn't print the date in the preparers area anymore for 2018 (doesn't even have a box for it)....I really liked having that on the return!
