I had three tax pro's last year and kept an excel spread sheet. This year I am adding 4 more, I don't want to spend hours just record keeping. Is there a way to print out a quick report weekly?

No. ProSeries is a tax software, not an accounting software. Have you ever thought about purchasing an accounting software to handle that kind of stuff for you?
