When I open the 1040X form and click on year, the taxpayer information is populated. Is there any way to populate the original financial data into the 1040X? I appreciate any advice
You need to open and put the year in the 1040X THEN make changes to the return for the original and corrected figures to appear in the 1040X....nothing shows until you make the changes.
