Is the money on the W-2 indicated by (D)should that be put on the line that states contributions to an IRA or no. If so, Why wouldn't it populate automatically?

I am trying to determine if the amount indicated as (D) on the W-2 constitutes as an amount that goes on the IRA summary as contributions to an IRA or not which will bring down the tax owed, or is this not considered an IRA?
