Client had marketplace insurance for 2 months, then Medicare. How do they avoid excess repayment? They correctly cancelled the Marketplace.

Check the box that they had insurance the entire year and enter the 1095 A for the 2 months they had marketplace insurance.

If their income is too high, they will have to pay back the advance credit, I don't think there's anyway to avoid that.
