Lately I've had problems signing in to Lacerte. I enter my user name and password then click sign in. The "Sign in" button says "Signing In..." but won't let me into the software. I have updated and restarted my computer, but the issue is still happening. I'm having problems with 2017 and 2018 programs.

Have you tried "I forgot my user name and password" toward the bottom of the sign in screen. Possibly your password has expired.
