just changed my scanner in the the office. Now whenever I try to scan to the DMS program I get the following error: Scanner driver Ver.5 9220 Sanner not available on device and the the program closes. Yes, I can scan to my computer useing the normal scan but I cannot scan to DMS program. I have tried to delete the program. Then I re-installed the program. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?
