I'm having a similar issue with ProSeries 2018. In fact, I cannot even log in via the web in IE 11. I see the following in the console as I click "sign in":

Note in particular the last 3 lines. It never even makes the log in request. Everything works fine from a different browser (e.g., Chrome) however that's not an option to sign in from within the software.
