I am working on a  return with 58 rentals. We take the qbi aggregation the first property was not showing up I found that if you mark the top box specified service trade or business it would not show up on the aggregation. So does that mean I need to go further down and show 100% for each property that it is a specified trade or business. Kind of weird if you mark the top box it won't show up on the aggreation list but if I put 100% it will show up. I thought with these rentals you were suppose to mark that they were a specificied trade or business.
