my efiled MS returns always reject.  I get diagnostics saying the business representative name isn't in the return (which it is) and the ERO's pin is missing (which it isn't).  I called Lacerte but they couldn't figure anything out.  There's also the efiling mandate for MS if you have over $250,000 in assets which we do.
