I am having the same issue.  I have a green checkmark, yellow exclamation point and a red exclamation point.  They say:

Green - Electronic Estimates are included in this return.

Yellow - Estimates are applicable to this return.  Estimated payments can be paid electronically.  See the electronic payment input screen for details.

Red - Estimated payments must be e-filed separately from the return using the Estimated Payments Wizard.

This return does not have estimates.  Did anyone figure out out what these mean?
