When we attempt to view a worksheet  or statement in the forms tab in Lacerte it is freezing the program, has anyone else experienced this?  

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Do you have enough RAM?
  • Try restarting the PC (which I suppose you have already done before posting this question);
  • Try running WebSetup to force a reinstall; and
  • Try using Lacerte Tool Hub.

The lacerte toolhub reset display fixed it.
