I did see on the availability list the 16th  .  So irritating.

This says Form 1040-ES will be is expected to be available February 18.

I cannot understand why this form would take so long, but I must confess I have not researched this. Has the IRS not released this form for some reason? Seems like an easy one to do...

To something different than the hundreds of envelopes I ordered a month or so ago?
