Windows Devices and Printers is combining the Lacerte Tax PDF 4.0 and Lacerte Tax PDF 4.5 into a single icon with multiple selections for each on the menu items. 

How can I separate these into 2 individual elements.

Related,  what is the difference between the 2 items? Can I delete the 4.0 and just use the newer one?

I typically like to rename my printers by prefixing them with a numeric.  This makes easier and faster to find in a list of a dozen plus devices.  Any issues?  I ask because I appear to have both 3 - Lacerte Tax PDF 4.0 as a standalone icon and a total of 4 other devices, including the 2 Lacerte Tax PDF devices,  hiding under Amyuni ABS PDF Driver v400.
