Dependent had ITIN beginning with "9" now has SSN beginning with "1" but lacerte is still not giving the full $2000 child credit. Any ideas?

What year return are you preparing and when was the SSN issued?
Is it a 9 digit number? Does it begin with a 1 or with a 01?
