Does anyone have a fix for the known issue which S corp doesn't show the data but all others like C corp show data and all users is selected?

thanks the hold time for support is 1.5 hours. I thought I would give this a try as we still havent got a call back.

The opt file was corrupt and just needs to be renamed to old. Get the computer id from system properties at the bottom by pressing F10 of the computer with the issue then browse to you data path.  ie Lacerte\19tax\OPTION19\OPTComputerID.W9  (OPT003.W9 to OPT003old.W9) then open the app on the computer again and it will show the data.
