Be sure that Screen 22 indicates it is to go to Form 10 and if more than one 8829 it is going to the appropriate activity (generally just activity 1)
Screen 29, be sure it is going to either Schedule C and that you have not selected simplified method.

I had the same problem. Make sure you do not enter anything in the override [O] fields (like Business Percentage) on screen #22 Depreciation. If you have an over-ride, it cancels the automatic calculations that flow to other fields.
