You can update the prep file from within the program or my logging onto "My Account" at https://accounts.intuit.com/signin.html

I tried all of that and it starts all the update and then asks for the Master Password.  That's the problem I'm having, I don't remember setting a Master Password, therefore I cannot reset it. 

Any other solutions?
