It seems there is a temp file to clean out, had this problem a few years back: The table 'DATA01A' is full and cannot contain any more data (EDBISAMEngineError).

The answer may be in the broken link for FAQ at the bottom of https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/locating-the-dms-database/00/38921 and I am sure @IntuitBettyJo or @IntuitAustin will get the content team to fix that AND get back to you right away with some help.

Possibly https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/increasing-performance-in-document-manage... has the fix

Possibly the new TOOL HUB has a feature to fix this https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-l...

Here's wishing you many Happy Returns

Thanks George, actually the database has become too big and Garrett helped me figure that out.
