Dear Community,

I brought my laptop to South Korea recently that has 2019 Lacerte software was installed was operating well while I was in the U.S., but the 2019 Lacerte started to not operate after I logged in. This was happening after a week later of being here in Korea and I think it is IPN problem, but I am not sure the exact problem. I've tried to delete the program and re-installed it, but still didn't work. Interesting thins is previous years of programs are working without any problems but 2019.

 

Can anyone provide me with assistance or help would greatly appreciated.
