The actual error is :

"Exception in IntuitProcessing TEFILE.LoadWholeFile: Unable to open whole file (**file location**): Invalid file - not a PKZip File"

I've changes Option files in the past and that has caused more problems than it fixes.  Since we have successfully processes a great number of returns I guess we can live with 5 that we needed to recreate.
