Just talked to Lacerte and I was directed to https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1858833 which doesn't exist.  I was also supposed to be linked to their research department but the call was disconnected instead.  Anyone know about PKZip file errors?  The tech did reinstall the PDF drivers, but that did not solve the issue.
