How do I add another state to the Tax Planner? Although the state is included in the list under the client profile, I have not previously downloaded the needed state, and receiving a message to download the state. Appreciate your input!

Press the Windows key and type "2019 Lacerte Web Setup" that will bring up the installer, run it and pay attention to the Tax Planner options.
