type them up and print them. You could print the input sheet, but that is not pretty.
Lacerte does not have this feature available.

Thanks, George.  Seems as though this could be set up as a Statement, but at least I know I didn't miss something that was there.

Some parts of the program offer the "statement" option when you use Ctrl + E. I think since this listing is not necessary for filing, Lacerte opted to not offer this as part of Schedule A.

That feature is available as a statement - here are the directions:

To print a supporting statement for contributions entered in this field, refer to "Optional Statement for Medical, Mortage, Contributions etc:  1 If with Tax Return, 2 If Before Tax Return, 3 To Suppress (O)" (Screen 25, code 3) under General Information.
