In 2017, Copy the return > check the box for MFJ/MFS comparison in Screen 1 > Check all your input to clearly mark T or S > Go to Forms > Look at MFJ/MFS Comparison worksheet > Click CLICK HERE TO SPLIT RETURN
That will generate two returns. Create separate organizers from that (possibly change filing status to Single, so the other spouse info does not show)
