How did I get it to work? Just as I mentioned... unlink the account for Intuit payments in the e-signature tab and then close program. Log back in to Lacerte, relink the Intuit payment in the e-signature tab and then everything works again. Unfortunately, I have to do this probably once every two days, but it seems to work.
