Received the following pre transmission error report:
Exception occurred during EF batching client: Problem occurred executing EF submission. A task was canceled.
Checked troubleshooting and nothing. Any ideas?

I ended up doing the following:
1. Deleted the e file.
2. Deleted the PDF attachments.
3. Renamed all PDFs with shorter, distinct names. (Had a problem with long similar names a number of years ago.)
4. Reattached PDFs to the return
5. Did the e file wizard and transmitted.
That seemed to solve the problem.

This file does not have a PDF attachment. I have deleted the efile "file" and rebuilt still get the same error. And only get this on this file. Any other support help?

I am having the same issue in February 2023, but I can't find any help either. I am getting a 504 (Gateway Timeout) error. Not sure how to get support through LaCerte - not helpful.
